Men’s Health: Paddle, yoga and bike tours in Viana do Castelo

In 2018, one year after the opening of Portugal Active, Mens Health published an article talking about our unique experiences linked to nature and sport.

“While on some weekends you can do a Stand Up Paddle tour from Cabedelo beach to the Navio-Hospital Gil Eanes, located right in the center of the city, in others you can take a bike route throughout the coastal region, passing by the beach and trails with vegetation in its purest state”, highlighted the publication.

Prices for these all-day activities vary, but start from 35 euros and include a guide, material and a healthy snack.
