This one-bedroom apartment pairs clean, minimalist lines with a working balance of comfort: a double bed in the main room, a bright living area with a sofa bed and TV, and a kitchen equipped for anything from coffee and toast to a proper dinner. A private balcony gives the flat its own quiet corner, ideal with a glass of wine as the evening cools.
The address is Praça Marquês de Pombal, a calm square with fast access to the centre. Avenida dos Aliados, Torre dos Clérigos and the Ribeira are all within walking distance, and Marquês metro station is 350 metres away, about five minutes on foot, connecting directly to the airport and train stations.
Mornings suit a slow coffee at the kitchen table before heading out to the cafés and shops nearby. Evenings are for the balcony, watching the square settle as the city's landmarks stay a short stroll away.

The flat and the area were perfect for my week’s stay. The flat and the lovely little outside terrace are at the back of the building so little traffic noise. Loved the cathedral bells. The bus stop and the Metro were right outside the front door, so great transport links. A pretty park opposite and neighbourhood shops for anything you could need - bought groceries, had my phone fixed, printed a ticket…….. Attractive traditional neighbourhood.
