Stars View is architecture first: a contemporary villa drawn in clean horizontal lines, set in the green hills of Fafe where the Minho begins to climb.
Four bedrooms sleep seven. The private pool and expansive gardens carry the day; the fireplace and refined interiors carry the evening. Air conditioning throughout, barbecue outside, and views that explain the name after dark.
Guimarães — where Portugal was born — is half an hour; Porto just over an hour; the trails and river beaches of the interior Minho start nearby.
