How it works

   Find a lower public rate on Airbnb or Booking.com for the same home, the same dates, the same number of guests and the same cancellation conditions.

   Send us the link no later than 24 hours after your booking confirmation, by WhatsApp or email, with your booking code.

   We match the price on your booking. Your concierge, welcome pack and everything else included stay exactly as they were.

The terms, in plain words

• Same home, same check-in and check-out dates.

• Same number of guests and the same cancellation policy.

• The lower rate must be public and bookable by anyone at the time of the claim: member or loyalty discounts, coupons, credits, mobile-only rates and obvious pricing errors do not count.

• The claim must reach us no later than 24 hours after the booking confirmation and before check-in.

• We compare the total price for the stay, taxes and cleaning included, in euros.

• The match is applied as a reduction on your direct booking. It is not paid in cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
