Salty Escape sits right on the water in Carreço, with sea views from its terrace and direct beach access. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep up to six, and the open dining table and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook and eat together. Outside, a private terrace holds both a dining set and a barbecue, with air conditioning and free parking to keep things simple year-round.
Carreço is a small coastal village a few minutes from Viana do Castelo, with its own train station within walking distance for onward trips along the Minho coast. The Atlantic is on the doorstep, with fishing, cycling and water sports all close by, and the town itself offers museums and shopping for slower afternoons.
Mornings here start with coffee on the terrace, the sea within sight and earshot. Afternoons might mean a walk to the beach or a cycle along the coast, and evenings settle into barbecue dinners outdoors as the light fades over the water.

"What a beautiful view! With the raging ocean right outside our window, we could enjoy the view even when the weather didn’t let us go outside. This little apartment is very clean and appears very recently remodeled. It sleeps 6, but it’s not a ton of square footage if your group needs more room to spread out. It was great for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. We had what we needed to cook all our meals, although some plastic utensils would help preserve the skillet. Beautiful opportunities for "
