Portugal Active Lda uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess a property or discuss a partnership. Cloudflare hosts this website and a private record of enquiries. We save your request before sending an email notification to our real estate team through Resend, so a failed email does not lose your enquiry. Access to these records is restricted to authorised business administrators. We do not sell your contact details or add you to marketing lists through these forms.
Provide only the information needed for the conversation. If you refer another person or share property photographs, make sure you have permission. Photograph links are sent to our team; this website does not upload the files themselves.
Enquiries are kept in our business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion by writing to realestate@portugalactive.com.
Website preferences
The site uses browser storage to remember interface preferences and your cookie choice. Google Analytics is loaded only if you allow analytics. It measures page visits, form interactions and contact clicks; we do not send form answers or contact details to Analytics. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not load advertising pixels in this application.
Google Calendar, Google Meet, WhatsApp and map links open external services with their own privacy policies. The operations video is loaded from YouTube only when you choose to play it.
Property information
Annual rental revenue supplied for Skyline, Villa Aura, Oliveira’s Farm and Beach Flat is identified on their pages. Other figures marked illustrative are fictional scenarios. The reporting periods and supporting property documents must be reviewed before a purchase decision. Past income does not guarantee future income.
Enquiry forms send real messages to our team. Stay simulations do not reserve dates or collect payments. Property management is optional and subject to a separate agreement.
