Casa do Moinho

Casa do Moinho is on the Avenida Alfredo Coelho at Colares, on the Sintra coast, with a private tennis court, beach access and ocean views. Seven bedrooms and seventeen guests make it the largest house in the Lisbon group.

Beyond the tennis court there is a gym, a games room with billiards, a private pool, an indoor fireplace and two workspaces. The scale and the facilities together make it a house for a group that intends to stay put — a reunion, a retreat, a wedding party.

Colares sits between the Sintra hills and the Atlantic, in a wine region small enough that most people have never heard of it and old enough to predate the phylloxera. Praia das Maçãs and Praia Grande are minutes away, the Sintra palaces are ten minutes inland, and Lisbon is under an hour.
