Held in the gardens of our properties or on the beach at sunrise, these sessions are the ultimate way to start or end your day. Our certified instructors bring the equipment and create a practice tailored to you — no crowded studio, no fixed schedule, just movement and breath in one of the most beautiful settings in Portugal.
It's one of the most requested experiences by our guests, and once you've done yoga overlooking the Atlantic, it's hard to go back to the gym.
