Cancellation Policies

We offer multiple rate plans with different cancellation terms. Please review the applicable policy before confirming your booking.

Flexible

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable. Changes to dates are subject to availability.

Firm Cancellation Policy

50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. We recommend travel insurance for additional peace of mind.

Strict Cancellation

50% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in. Non-refundable after check-in.

Non-Refundable

This rate is offered at a reduced price in exchange for a no-refund policy. Once booked, no refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation date. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when choosing this rate.
